The XM Satellite Radio signal is beamed from satellites positioned over the east and west coasts of North America. These satellites enable XM to give you numerous channels to choose from, including dozens with 100% commercial-free music -- from decades to dance, rock to rap, and country to classical, and the best in talk, news, sports and comedy.

From the XM studios in Toronto, Montreal, Washington DC, Nashville and New York, XM Satellite Radio is beamed to powerful satellites on each coast for signal coverage that reaches across the entire country.
